Stage 1

Understand

The environment and work style of startups is dynamic. In this case we followed a methodology based on formulating hypotheses and quickly testing them with clients. We had three understanding sessions with stakeholders and then we jumped directly to the definition stage.

Stage 2

Define

As mentioned earlier, after the understanding sessions we jump to map both products in detail (the web and the mobile app) so all actors involved into the product creation were on the same page, that help us estimate the efforts and plan which features needed to be designed first to make sure the company is adding value with each release.

Stage 3

Prototype

It is great when stakeholders get actively involved in the ideation stage, co-design sessions were the right tool to get a final concept designed in a short time frame.

Mockups

“Working with Carlos was great , he helped us having visual and functional mockups for our products in a very short time, he also helped us to put together the first version of our design system, he is a reliable and fast designer.”
